Dean Street ROOM / Sacred Grounds (Evenings only)
This bright, modern space benefits from plenty of light from the large street facing windows and doors to the rear which open out onto a small patio area. The room measures 8.5m long and 5.7m across at the wide end, 3.7m across at the narrow end. Please note that a ramp is required for wheelchair access to this space.

During the day this space operates as Sacred Grounds, our very own community coffee shop. The main seating area can be closed from 6pm onwards for private functions to take place whilst the other side of the counter remains open for takeaway until 8pm (customers do not enter the room). Outside catering is not permitted in this space.

The room comes with tables and chairs as shown (with 32 seats) or can be reconfigured theatre style to seat upto 40. The space is best suited for social events or groups that won’t be affected by the background noise from the coffee shop.

​Available at no extra cost we have a flipchart/whiteboard, projector, PA system with microphones, music stands, and high speed fibre-optic broadband.
Standard Rate: £65.00 p/h
Off-peak Rate: £50.00 p/h
Off-peak hours are 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excl bank holidays).
Non-profit organisations receive a 20% discount on the above rates!
