There are two beautiful and recently refurbished spaces available for hire at St Anne’s at commercial and charitable rates. Our central location in the heart of many creative industries, and immediate access to restaurants, bars and shops makes us an ideal venue for a wide range of uses.
Our rooms are perfect for presentations, workshops, meetings, corporate events, rehearsals, script readings, and social functions.
As a COVID-secure venue we are open and accepting bookings for activities which are permitted under government guidelines. We have a range of measures which must be strictly adhered to and can offer guidance on suitable layouts to ensure social distancing is maintained at our venue.
20 x 43ft (6.3 x 13m) has full and easy access for people using wheelchairs, a professional grade kitchen, toilets and baby changing facilities. A newly installed HD projector and speakers makes this a great conference and presentation space. It opens onto a charming small terraced garden. Wifi available at no extra cost.
Accommodates up to 60 seated for dinner, 80 seated theatre/lecture style or 100 standing for a drinks reception.
17 x 25ft (5.5 x 7.5m) is a beautiful oak panelled room with chandeliers, historic stained glass windows, and the use of a large ‘boardroom’ table. Located on the first floor with lift or stair access, it has toilets and a small kitchen adjacent. Projector and screen available. Wifi available at no extra cost.
Accommodates up to 30 seated for dinner, 40 seated theatre/lecture style or 60 standing for a drinks reception.
