Dean Street ROOM

 

This bright, modern space benefits from plenty of light from the large street facing windows and doors to the rear which open out onto a small patio area. The room measures 8.5m long and 5.7m across at the wide end, 3.7m across at the narrow end. Please note that this space is not wheelchair accessible.

 

IMPORTANT - During the day this space operates as a Community Coffeehouse, with the main seating area closing in the evenings for private functions to take place. The hatch shown in the photos is closed off with sound-proof boards whilst the counter remains open for takeaway on the other side until 8pm. This space is therefore not suitable for groups who might be affected by background noise.

Available at no extra cost we have tables, chairs, flipchart/whiteboard, projector, PA system with microphones, music stands, and high speed fibre-optic broadband.

The room can accommodate up to 60 for a standing reception and up to 40 seated theatre/lecture style.
